tears do fall, soft like rain,
falling, falling, see the pain?

Where's the joy you should seek?
Through the keyhole I shall peek.

there's the joy in a baby's cheek,
there's the joy I hear it speak,

there's the joy, in a birdy's song,
hear the joy, it rings out strong...

Joy for all that God shall give,
Joy for all that makes us live.

Joy for all the gifts we have,
Joy for all that makes us laugh.

There's joy in every spoken word,
Joy for all we've done and heard.

Joy for the love of the dearest friend,
Joy forever and till the end.

flipside received a promise from me a while back that I'd make a pretty picture, add a poem that he'd liked particularly and whoosh...he'd receive pressie...

Well...my life flew to pieces the past few months and I've not fulfilled that promise yet. Inspiration simply would not come...

...until I saw one of flipside's new fractals the other day. The poem just leapt to mind and demanded to be joined with said pretty artwork...

ergo....

here is said AMAZING artwork by flipside and a poem I wrote two years ago about Joy...

Flip my friend...You'll have the glossy print on it's way to you just as soon as I have a mailing addy. ^_^

When one has dealings with scholars and artists it is easy to miscalculate in opposite directions: behind a remarkable artist one not infrequently finds a mediocre man, and behind a mediocre artist often a very remarkable man.

Thank you so much. :) Flip's fractals are some of the best I've seen around really. I'm so glad you like it though. :)
